1. About Sathi Pay
Sathi Pay provides a digital customer platform for account registration, deposits, wallet balances, UPI-related features, referrals, commissions, transactions, and other services made available through the platform.
2. Customer Account
- You must provide accurate and current information during registration.
- You are responsible for keeping your login password and UPI PIN confidential.
- Your Sathi Pay account is for your own use. Do not share your login credentials or UPI PIN with another person.
- If you believe your account has been compromised, contact Sathi Pay support through the official support channel available on the platform.
3. Deposits and Transactions
- Deposit requests must contain correct payment details, including the required UTR and supporting information.
- A UTR must not be reused for another deposit request.
- Transactions may remain pending until they are reviewed and approved according to Sathi Pay's process.
- Do not submit false, altered, duplicated, or misleading payment information.
4. Wallet, Bonus and Commission
Wallet balances, welcome bonuses, deposit commissions, and referral commissions are subject to the rules displayed on the Sathi Pay platform. A balance shown in the account may be adjusted where a transaction is reversed, rejected, duplicated, fraudulent, or found to have been credited incorrectly.
Referral and commission benefits are not a guarantee of income. Eligibility and applicable rates are determined by the current Sathi Pay program rules shown on the platform.
5. UPI Features
- Customers must enter their own correct UPI details.
- UPI information may be subject to verification and platform security checks.
- Customers are responsible for remembering their UPI PIN. If the platform states that a UPI PIN cannot be reset, customers must keep it safe and confidential.
6. Prohibited Use
You must not use Sathi Pay for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, money laundering, unauthorized transactions, manipulation of referrals or commissions, submission of false documents or payment evidence, or any activity that may harm the platform or another customer.
7. Account Restrictions
Sathi Pay may restrict, suspend, or block an account where there is suspected fraud, misuse, violation of these terms, security risk, or a requirement under applicable law. Where appropriate, customers may contact support regarding an account restriction.
8. Service Availability
Sathi Pay may temporarily suspend or limit a feature for maintenance, security, technical issues, third-party service interruptions, or other operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every feature at all times.
9. Changes to the Platform or Terms
Sathi Pay may update features, rules, limits, commission structures, or these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version published on the platform will apply to future use of the service.
10. Privacy
Your use of Sathi Pay is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how customer information is collected, used, protected, and disclosed.
11. Intellectual Property
Sathi Pay branding, software, interface, text, graphics, and other platform content belong to Sathi Pay or its respective licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or misused without permission.
12. Contact and Support
For account or service questions, use the official Sathi Pay customer support option provided on the platform. Do not share your password, UPI PIN, or other confidential credentials with anyone claiming to provide support.
13. Acceptance
By selecting the Terms & Conditions checkbox during registration and using Sathi Pay, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
