- Technical information needed for security, troubleshooting, and service operation, such as browser/device information, logs, and approximate usage information where available.

- To create and maintain your Sathi Pay account.
- To authenticate users and protect accounts.
- To process and review deposits, wallet transactions, referrals, commissions, and other requested services.
- To prevent fraud, duplicate transactions, abuse, and unauthorized activity.

3. Payment and UPI Information
Sathi Pay may process the payment and UPI information necessary to provide the features you request. Customers should submit only information that is required for the relevant transaction and should never share an OTP, password, UPI PIN, or other confidential authentication credential with another person.

We do not treat customer information as public information merely because a customer uses the platform.
